Abdelkader EL HEJRAOUI spent over twenty years in business development and marketing, working across various sectors such as business services, retail, and franchising. In 2018, he earned a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Rennes, specializing in marketing and consumer behavior. His research focuses on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and inclusive marketing, particularly for consumers with low literacy skills.
Since 2014, he has dedicated himself to teaching and research at several institutions, also leading innovative e-learning projects, notably the "Learning Café" project, supported by competitive clusters and the Ministry of Higher Education. In 2019, he received the Bronze Thil Award for his thesis on retail during the Étienne Thil Conference. He is an active participant in international conferences and has experience as a visiting researcher in Canada, enriching his comparative perspective in pedagogy.
His pedagogical approach is characterized by the integration of his professional experiences, utilizing methods such as case studies and collaborative projects to enhance his students' learning.

With over 15 years of experience in business development and project management in the information technology sector, he has worked for renowned IT service companies such as Inetum, 2PACE, 2B Consulting, and the CCI Les Digiteurs.
His career is distinguished by the sale and implementation of software solutions from major vendors such as Salesforce, IBM Analytics, Agendize, OPTACARE, and Odoo. He has expertise in various fields, including business intelligence, data visualization, CRM, marketing automation, constraint-based planning, logistics, performance management, and human resources. Mimoun EL HEJRAOUI has led projects across diverse sectors, ranging from manufacturing and banking to insurance, as well as retail, healthcare, education, services, and B2B/B2C commerce.
